ROLE OF SOCIAL BUSINESSMAN AS ACTIVE PARTICIPANT OF SOCIAL WORK

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of the development and role of social businessman in society. One of the basic problems of introduction of this type of public activity is a low level of perception of necessity of "decrease" introduction of initiative risk development and aid mechanisms to the separate layers of society from the side of businessmen, and also underexploitation of functional descriptions of a social businessman as to a personality who is social work oriented. The aim of the article is to characterize basic principles and advantages of social enterprise introduction and realization of analysis of competent features of a social businessman as an innovator and a socially responsible personality. It is investigated that the world view of social businessmen after a sociocultural constituent is correlative with social workers’ motivation and activity. It is found out that social leader’s qualificatory description should contain the row of features: ability to operate actively, constancy in the acceptance of creative decisions in the conditions of hard competition, absence of social prejudice to any representatives of society, possibility to lean to the usual system looks to society, openness, socially oriented way of thinking and activity, understanding of necessity to combine forces and resources for the sake of forming segments for realization of social aid. An author concludes that in a complex the leader features of social businessmen become the mortgage of a quality social enterprise and a basis of forming of different forms of self-organization of society, and possibilities of preventive influence on the factors of social exception of certain layers of society.
