The article is devoted to the problem of professional adaptation developing of future managers of commercial organizations during their studying at a higher educational establishment. The conducted research gave a rise to the conceptual grounding of the way a forming process of professional adaptation of future managers of commercial organizations is organized. Based on the research, the interactive teaching methods and tools of professional adaptation was worked out and integrated into the studying process; educational conditions of its functioning were identified. Definition of the concept “professional adaptation of a manager of a commercial organization” was formulated, taking into account its interpretations in psychology, sociology and pedagogics of high school. Professional adaptation of a young manager of a trading organization is a system of managerial, organizational and pedagogical measures that provides a quick and effective mastery of the future manager with all aspects of work activity and achievement of professionalism in the organization of work of a trading enterprise. Professional adaptation of future managers of trade organizations is to actively develop the specifics of their profession, its intricacies, acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills and craft in the field of trade. The nature, characteristics and components of professional adaptation of managers were analyzed. The concept of "stress" has been analyzed. Detailed attention is paid to the psychological component of adaptation. Psychophysiological features of managers' adaptation to working conditions were studied. It has been proven that the optimal course of professional adaptation depends on the physical capacity of the employee, his (her) resilience to stress, health status, work and rest regime, as well as the quality of professional training in the school. The recommendations that allow you to improve the psychological adaptation of future managers to a new job are given.
