It analyzes Ukrainian and foreign experience in developing information and communication competence of teachers in the area of military education. The study substantiates the essence and structure of the basic concept «information and communication competence of teachers of military education system» as well as justifies and experimentally proves the professionally-oriented model and methods of teachers’ information and communication competence development in the system of military education during distance training.
