Abstract

The use of digital technologies is an integral part of modern life because we live in the era of computerization. Digital technologies are being introduced into various fields of activity, for example, such as economy, industry, culture, service. In many areas, the use of digital technologies is considered a basic requirement. It can be seen that the digitalization of education is also taking place, i. e. process of transition to an electronic system. Digital technologies in education are a way of organizing a modern educational environment. They are developing at a fast pace. In this area, digital technologies help to present material to students more effectively, which expands learning opportunities. In the modern world, with the help of digital technologies, teachers also have the opportunity to communicate and keep in touch with colleagues from all over the world, from other educational establishments. On the Internet, you can find a lot of online chats, video conferences, webinars. The purpose of the work is to determine all the pros and cons of the processes associated with the digitalization of modern education. The research methods of analysis and generalization are used to consider the principles and technologies of the digitalization process in education taking into account modern terms and trends. It should be noted that with the constant development of technology and changing conditions for the educational process implementation, this issue always remains relevant..
